#realfoodfriday Curried Oats
If you are familiar with me or the team, you know that I like food. I like good food. I believe food can be the most important variable in your success equation. Because if you dont put good in, how can you expect good out.
During this season, I am going to be posting recipes on most Fridays so you can get an idea of what I eat. Its all simple, easy, fast, cheap. The pictures aren't taken in a studio with lighting and a DSLR. They come from my phone and I only will spend the smallest amount of time on the picture because that takes away from getting the food in me! I will be unapologetic about the photo quality. This is real food, real world. If you eat real food, you can be really epic.
First up, one of my standards! Oatmeal+Curry=Savory Breakfast Goodness. Savory oatmeal?! Is that a thing?! YES and it’s delicious! I will alter my spice level based on how hard my ride is (if riding after). The spice mix and ratios are just a guide, not hard and fast. Experiment. See what you like. Taste often as you spice and spice so you can get it just right for you.
